Fraud & Compliance Unit

  • IBEX GLOBAL has a dedicated compliance department responsible for risk assessment to prevent reputation and financial risk. This is ensured through proactive internal audits of adherence to System/ Process/ Code of Conduct/ Regulations. Our compliance department is currently providing services to all our clients ranging from banking, FMCSs to Telecom sectors; including Telenor.
  • The compliance team uses internal and client based applications to carry out audits of customer transactions, fraud assessment, sales/upselling, product knowledge audits of QA, OPS and Training. Additionally, this team ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, Code of conduct and defined disciplinary action criteria.
  • HSSE is also part of quarterly audits and our strengths include 100% adherence to HSSE audits by our clients.
  • Our framework of internal controls follows COSO guidelines which helps management make informed risk-based decisions. Additionally, in order to encourage the healthy work environment, compliance department focuses on promoting ownership at all levels through awareness, trainings and rewards.
